Frozen items will ship on the Monday or Tuesday after your order is placed or as arranged between both parties.
- Please note we will no longer ship on a week that includes a Holiday that would impede shipping speeds, we encourage you to buy at least two weeks before your event.
- Delivery/ Drop off will occur on a set day between a time window. This will be provided to you through the email or cell phone number you provide us.
- Buyer must refrigerate or freeze the product immediately after receiving product and inspection.
- If the address provided is incorrect or unreachable, we are not responsible for perished goods.
- If the product is above safe temperature (40°F) due to a delay in shipping from events that are out of our control, the buyer will not be refunded. These events include, but are not limited to weather, accidents, incorrect addresses.
- It is the buyers responsibility to correctly enter their address and review it for errors.
- Products are not for resale and are intended for personal use.
- We recommend that you use a food thermometer to ensure that the products delivered are in a safe temperature zone below 40° F . If product is above 32° F we do not recommend re-freezing items.
