I let AI make my meal plan for the week!

I let and AI plan my meals for the week! Am I crazy or just genius? On asking Bard to help me my criteria was that it needed to be quick and contained beef as the main ingredient. So I am going to be doing (trying) a quick and easy meal plans that you can try with me. Maybe this AI thing  wont be too bad. Since these recipes have been pulled off google and we are going to try and rate them for you!
I know you probably don't have beef every night of the week but these are just some examples of what you could throw into your week night rotations for your family. 
I will also share how my children rate them, which can be a scary thought, but if you are going to make it you want your kids to like it, right! I also will be rating them myself on time, taste, and how easy they come together. Adding my notes along the way to share what if anything I would change about them.
So gather up your shopping list, make an order from us to get your beef and lets start this journey together!

Ground Beef and Potato Skillet
1 pound Brough Ranch ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained and rinsed
1 (10-ounce) package frozen potatoes, thawed
 
Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Brough Ranch flank steak
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 head of broccoli
 
Beef Tacos
1 pound Brough Ranch ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
12 hard taco shells
Your favorite taco toppings, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa
 
Beef and Pasta Skillet
1 LBS Brough Ranch ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10-ounce) package frozen pasta, thawed or cooked pasta of your choice.
1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Slow Cooker Beef and Vegetable Stew
3-4lbs Brough Ranch Chuck Roast ( rump or sirloin tip can be used here too)
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can beef broth
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
