Wonderful beef!

Brough Ranch not only provides excellent quality beef and pork, but the customer service is top notch as well. They are prompt to respond to orders and delivery.. they also have options to meet anyone’s budget. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

At first I was unsure about going with a new meat provider. We came to Brough Ranch by chance really, but I have fully become a life long customer. Being new to ordering from them and picking Wagyu I had a ton of questions. I used the little chat box, I emailed, I even called with questions and every time I got a quick response with explanation even to my stupid questions. They were so nice and friendly and patient. Now to the best part the meat…. WOW!! The taste is amazing, the tenderness just awesome, freshness wow, the packaging is perfect, the quality top shelf. I had my hopes high for it being wagyu and I was not disappointed. I would say it went beyond what I was thinking. I have had wagyu before, many times in fact in Japan, this meat is just as good and just as pretty with its marbling and vibrant color. The highest recommendation I would give anyone in my family, friends, and co-workers is to go with Brough Ranch, I will year after year after year.

We purchased the wagu ribeye, brisket and ground beef. They are ALL outstanding! Melt in your mouth tender and very flavorful!! We will never purchase store bought beef again! Not only do we love supporting small business, but with Brough we know we are eating healthy with meat that is raised and processed the right way.

It's not hyperbole... we literally have not found a better source for beef or pork. I don't know how they produce such superior meat; scientific studies have found that meat quality is affected by the animal's level of stress and the quality of their diet. If that is indeed the case, Brough cattle must be living a stress-free life and eating quality foliage. I love the fact that they are a generational, family-run ranching operation. That certainly gives Brough Ranch motivation to put love into their work and attentive care for their animals, a significant distinguishing factor over the industrial, mega-beef corporations that are driven by profit above quality. If you care about what you put into your body, you cannot find a better source for your beef and pork than through Brough Ranch.

the knife is a perfect instrument. It is not only beautiful, it is perfectly balanced with a nice sized handle and excellent blade.The shape is perfect for trimming my favorite cuts of Brough meats, it cleans up easily and stores in a classic display/storage box..

I love the waygu beef half I purchased from Brough Ranch. The quality and taste is unmatched. Buying locally raised I know where my beef comes from and I know the family cares about the food they are raising. I enjoy a freezer full of beef all year round!
