Before you click on the back button you need to seriously give your heart a chance with our beef heart. We have cleaned and deveined the heart pieces so they are ready to cook. We like to give them a good rinse in cold water, pat dry, and dump in an egg and flour mixture, like you would for chicken fried steak. Pan fry until golden brown and the meat is cooked. Serve on a sandwich or with two fired eggs for a protein packed breakfast.
