The $200 is a deposit for quarter, half, or full beef. This is non-refundable and guarantees your pre-discussed cut date and our price. The rest is due before or on delivery.
*Prices listed on breakdown reflect wholesale pricing. Cash or check are preferred payment methods. There will be a 4% fee for PayPal, Venmo, or credit card use to pay off the total amount.
**We do not control butcher fees and they may rise in price without notification. **
***Because of the rise in cost we will have a starting fee of $100 for areas outside of Elko County, Box Elder County and Cache County. The fee will be determine by location from Ranch.

At first I was unsure about going with a new meat provider. We came to Brough Ranch by chance really, but I have fully become a life long customer. Being new to ordering from them and picking Wagyu I had a ton of questions. I used the little chat box, I emailed, I even called with questions and every time I got a quick response with explanation even to my stupid questions. They were so nice and friendly and patient. Now to the best part the meat…. WOW!! The taste is amazing, the tenderness just awesome, freshness wow, the packaging is perfect, the quality top shelf. I had my hopes high for it being wagyu and I was not disappointed. I would say it went beyond what I was thinking. I have had wagyu before, many times in fact in Japan, this meat is just as good and just as pretty with its marbling and vibrant color. The highest recommendation I would give anyone in my family, friends, and co-workers is to go with Brough Ranch, I will year after year after year.
We got our pork thus far and are looking forward to getting our beef soon. Excellent breakfast sausage and hams are smoked deliciously. Great cuts of bacon as well!
